asphaltsoup develops patented polymer technologies that change how asphalt is repaired, recycled and preserved. Our chemistry is engineered for asphalt producers, road contractors, local authorities and infrastructure owners who need to reduce material costs, extend service life, and cut the carbon footprint of road maintenance without compromising performance.

Our two core technologies - REJUVENATE & RECYCLE and REJUVENATE & PROTECT - are built around a single principle: existing asphalt still has value. Rather than replacing oxidised or worn material with new hot mix, our polymer chemistry rejuvenates and rebinds it, cutting virgin material use by up to 97.5% and lowering the embodied carbon of every repair or resurfacing project.

Our technologies are patent-protected and have been used on major highways, international airports and infrastructure projects worldwide, including work with Holcim UK on SuperPatch Pro®.
